Reguvale's industrial gate valves are designed for reliable isolation in demanding water, oil, gas and power applications. The rising stem design gives a clear visual indication of open/closed position, while the wedge disc provides tight sealing with low operating torque.
Body materials include carbon steel WCB, stainless steel SS304/SS316 and ductile iron, with flanged ends to ISO 7005-2 / EN 1092-2 / ASME B16.5. Seat and disc facing options include brass, stainless steel, stellite and resilient rubber for bubble-tight shut-off. The valves can be supplied with handwheel, chainwheel, gearbox, electric actuator or pneumatic actuator depending on your automation needs.
Every valve is hydrostatically tested at the factory for shell and seat leakage, and can be supplied with material test certificates (MTC) and third-party inspection reports.
The straight-through passage minimises flow resistance when fully open, making gate valves ideal for pipelines and pumping stations.
The stem rises as the valve opens, giving operators a clear visual confirmation of open/closed position.
Solid, flexible or split wedge designs adapt to seat misalignment and provide tight shut-off in high-pressure service.
Options include handwheel, chainwheel, bevel gearbox, multi-turn electric actuator and scotch-yoke pneumatic actuator.
Rubber-lined resilient seated gate valves deliver bubble-tight isolation for clean water and wastewater applications.
