Floating · Trunnion DBB · 3-Piece · DN15–DN600 · PN16/PN40
Reguvale's industrial ball valves provide reliable on/off isolation with low torque and bubble-tight shutoff for oil & gas, chemical, water, mining and power applications. The range includes floating ball valves, trunnion-mounted double-block-and-bleed (DBB) valves and 3-piece / top-entry designs for easy maintenance.
Body materials include WCB carbon steel, stainless steel SS304 / SS316 / SS316L and CF8M, with PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK or metal seats. All carbon and stainless steel ball valves are built with fire-safe (API 607), anti-static and blow-out-proof stem construction, and are supplied with shell and seat tests plus material certificates.
End connections cover flanged (RF), threaded (NPT / BSP), socket-weld, butt-weld and tri-clamp to match your piping specification.
PTFE / RPTFE seats give zero-leakage isolation, with metal seats available for high-temperature and slurry service.
API 607 fire-safe design, anti-static device and blow-out-proof stem as standard on carbon / stainless designs.
Choose floating for general isolation or trunnion double-block-and-bleed for pipeline and instrument isolation.
Flanged, threaded, socket-weld, butt-weld and tri-clamp ends to drop into any piping standard.
3-piece and top-entry bodies allow seat and seal replacement without removing the valve from the line.
Shell and seat hydrostatic tests, mill certificates (EN 10204) and third-party inspection available.
