Reguvale's sampling and dosing control valve is purpose-built for low-flow, high-accuracy chemical injection into process lines. The body is fully PTFE / PFA lined and the trim uses anti-cavitation geometry to handle aggressive reagents (NaOH, H2SO4, HCl, hypochlorite, polymer) without seat wear.
Each valve is sized for the precise dosing flow (typically 0.01 – 10 m3/h) and ships with a matched pneumatic or electric actuator and 4-20 mA positioner. An optional clean-in-place (CIP) connection on the body allows periodic flushing without disassembly. PVDF, Hastelloy and alloy-20 options are available for the most demanding reagent service.
Standard sizes DN25–DN150 in PN16 cover most water-treatment, mining and chemical-plant dosing duty.
